01 — What I get called in for
Four things I do properly. Ask about the rest on the call — a short honest list is worth more than a long one.
02 — How it works
Three shapes, and no retainer you cannot cancel. Scope and price agreed in writing before anything starts.
03 — The vocabulary
If this list reads as obvious to you, we will understand each other on the first call.
04 — Describe the job
Four fields. If it is not something I should be doing, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
05 — From the trade press
What the industry is reading this week. Updated daily.
